At Swan Hill Kids Therapy we are passionate about paediatric Occupational Therapy for your child. We want to work with you and your child to reach their potential.
After assessment, we are committed to providing your child with a tailored program to meet their individual needs. We will communicate effectively with healthcare practitioners, educators & others involved in your child’s care to produce the best outcomes possible.
Due to a high demand of 1:1 therapy we would appreciate if all referrals could be made using our online referral form. For children who require ongoing therapy, families are required to fill out this form on a termly basis to ensure goals are revisited. A schedule for block therapy will then be provided to the family.
